Justin Gets bieber Fever Throws Up On Stage

The teen idol Justin Bieber, known to evoke severe outbreaks of Bieber Fever among girls

, suffered some other kind of fever that it was neither pretty nor amusing to see.

The 18-year-old heartthrob vomited in front of his Beliebers on the first night of his Believe world tour, which took place on Saturday (September, 29) in Glendale, Arizona.

Although it was not so nice way to start off the first concert of his world tour, Biebs soldiered on and made it to the end of the weary night.

Justin left the stage twice due to mystery stomach ailment. The first time was at the very beginning during his first song Out of Town Girl, and the second time right after the intro of Beauty and the Beat.

Both times he received medical help backstage and returned to the stage with some sincere apologies to the worried (mostly) female audience who carried on singing in his absence.

Its hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people. But you know, I feel comfortable enough with you, that I can be myself and you dont judge me. Justin told the crowd. He also went on to ask: Will you love me even though Im throwing up on stage?

And the answer to this question was more than obvious as the crowd gave their support to their sick idol through loud cheers.

Our guesses are that his fans gave him the strength to push through the night and finish the show.

Once the show was over, he posted a picture of himself in bed, and wrote the following caption: "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u." He went on adding: ''and.... Milk was a bad choice! Lol (sic)''

Yep, he blamed it on the milk for his getting sick. Well, we guess he has learned his lesson and he won't drink milk before hitting the stage.

Don't worry for Justin though, with Selena Gomez by his side he will be back on his feet in not time. Now I hope you are ready to watch Justin Bieber's vomit-moment , but only if you have a strong stomach.
