They should be used in a productive manner and their implementation is not supposed to result in a loss of form for the athlete.

These modes of strength training need to be employed with care. Their execution needs to be well informed so as to deliver the expected results. Of note is the fact that an effective training regimen does not necessarily mean how long you workout in the gym; more effective results are achieved when training sessions are brief and efficient. Together with these sentiments it is noteworthy to state the importance of rest and recovery. Take time to rest as this is when the body repairs torn muscle and develops new layers of the same.
