1. Eat more fruits and vegetables: between 5 and 12 servings a day. You may say yeah right, but the more you eat, the better you will feel.

9. Dont worry: easier said than done. You can do it by thinking less about the future, or if you find yourself slipping into it, take a break from whatever youre doing for five minutes with another activity, then settle down and do whatever it was you were up to before the worry monster visited.
10. Sunscreen: prevents skin cancer, and makes you look younger. The sun makes you tan, but it dries out your skin, and gives you wrinkles, especially if youre fair.
11. Multivitamins: help to balance your diet with vitamins and minerals if you arent doing #1.
12. Avoid excess: whether its chocolate or alcohol, a medium is the best recipe for successful living.
13. Dont smoke: it withers your lungs and makes you look old, and thats just for starters.
14. Eat nuts: proven to lower cholesterol, nuts are a superfood packed with valuable energy, fats and proteins.
