Last Minute Change Almost Ruined Our Plan

It was last minute chaos for us

It was last minute chaos for us. It was just coz of some instant soul searching and good service from Panoramic resort Karnala we had a great outing. We had planned for a team outing with colleagues and we decided to hang out in Devas Resort, Pune. We had booked the resort for ten people and we had also paid the advance payment to its owner.

After which we hired a vehicle to take us all the way to Pune. It was just a night before our scheduled trip we received a mailed from them stating that they are not available tomorrow. They had already transferred the amount to our bank account. The amount was paid by our manager and the moment he received the mail he called me up and told the situation. Even though he fired them over the call it was no use as the damage was done. We had two options either to cancel the entire outing or to look out for another venue within few hours. We called over a meeting and everyone decided to continue with the picnic at some other place.

It was at the 11th hour when we came across Panoramic resort Karnala near Panvel. We were doubtful about the confirmation of our booking as it was very late. They hardly have any issue and were able to confirm our booking. Also it was very late in the evening so transferring the amount online was also a problem. We told them we will pay over the counter next day as soon as we reach there, although they were concerned but they agreed to it.

It was only after this confirmation we heaved a sigh of relief. The actual thought of having a fun, a day before the picnic was evaporated with this last minute rush. The next day even the driver was surprised when we told him the change of plan, though he was happy as he didnt have to drive very long. We had a mini-heart attack when we reached the Karnala resort and we were told no booking was confirmed on our name. It was later we realized that the booking was done on my managers name. I would say in such weather having time in resorts is much more enjoyable! This summer weather has turned me much exaggerated from the daily tasks and hence changing the plan for panoramic resort was worth! Lying down under the shades trees in the resort made us feel the real nature! Having fun in water rides and then enjoying the drinks under shades was awesome experience! One thing which I liked most about the Panoramic resort is about its budget friendly passes!

The resort was a very big one and we had one hell of a fun which lasted for more than four sessions without sleep. If it hadnt been Panoramic resort we would have been screwed big time. It shows why company like Panoramic Universal Limited, who manages the resort, always manages to run their business in profits.
