are no longer needed. This process is not as complex as we think. When we get angry with something, our eye stresses will be aggregated. Thus focusing on something pleasant is very essential. Such as, we can put some beautiful pictures or posters in our offices. These pictures can make us happy when we feel unhappy.

We may also do these eye exercises when we sleep. When everything is dark at night, we could use something to cover our eyes or just close them. Then we can think something that can make us happy. This process can greatly relax us. Our eyes will gradually become soft, and the softness proves that our vision has been improved.

We can do these exercises once we want to. Each day, we can do them for 10 to 15 minutes in our working hours. In so doing, we can obtain more vitality, and our working efficiency will also be greatly enhanced.
