from the campus, yet many students are left with inflexible access to even the most basis of student services. One of the greatest advantages of online education for
students is the anytime anywhere approach to learning. A common misconception made by campus administrators is to assume that online students can utilize the
institution's support services during normal business hours. In fact, "very few institutions provide a full array of academic and ad minis illustrative services that can be accessed
