Are you tired of coming home every night only to find that none of your "friends" have called you to see what you are doing tonight? Time and time again, the stigma of being over weight makes our friends not want to have us out in public with them. It is like the fat kid in school, nobody ever picks them to be on a team so they are always lonely. I have been there, a constant battle to lose weight has been the story of my life.

You don't have to live your life lonely, you can kick that fat kid to the curb. Permanent weight loss can be achieved, you just have to find the tools that are right for you. Don't feel alone in this struggle as there are several avenues for support around you. Don't battle to lose weight all by yourself. Use your friends, family and even support groups to help you along the way. Find somebody who is fighting the same battle you are, work with each other to no longer be obese.

The battle to lose weight is not an easy one. It will be a constant fight for the rest of your life, but you don't have to be lonely like that fat kid we all knew in school. The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone in your struggle, you have all of the support you need very close to you. The next thing you need to do is find a diet and exercise program that is right for you, don't just buy off on the next great fad.

I know exactly where you stand, I was that fat kid in school and I have been in a battle to lose weight for most of my life. I have been considered as morbidly obese and lonely at points in my life. My battle with obesity has not been an easy one, I have had to utilize many support systems, mostly friends and family. Just know that you can and will be successful in your battle to lose weight, that is probably the first thing you need to convince yourself of.
