Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks With These Simple Steps!
Would you like to lose 10 pounds in just 14 days
? Well, who wouldn't? Most people wish that they could drop a few pounds these days. Luckily, you can drop as much as 10 pounds in 2 weeks, as long as you follow some simple steps.
Exercise Regularly!
You have to burn 3,500 calories off or reduce your calorie intake by 3500, if you want to lose one pound. Consequently, in order to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, you need to create a calorie deficit of 35,000. Cutting that many calories out of your daily diet is not a good idea. Hence, the better idea is to burn a lot of that off through exercising regularly.
For an average person, it's fairly easy to burn through over 300 calories in just a half an hour of jogging at a good speed. That's assuming that the person weighs around 160 pounds. Obviously, the equation is a little different for each person, but the main point is the same. Daily exercise can make a huge dent in that 35,000 calorie goal.
Know What You're Taking In!
Speaking of calories, it's important to know how many calories a person your size, gender and age should be taking in. Then, you need to keep track of how many you are actually taking in. It may be possible to cut your calorie intake slightly and make up the difference in exercise. However, you have to keep track of each calorie. Otherwise, you won't know how much exercise you need in order for you to lose that 10 pounds in a 2 weeks period!
Eat Your Favorite Foods!
You should never go on any diet that completely deprives you of your favorite snack foods. If you do that, you'll be more likely to cheat. Instead, learn to use your favorite foods as a reward system. For example, have a couple cookies at the end of week one, if you meet your 5 pound weight loss goal.
Don't Give Up!
Above all else, never give up on weight loss. It can be tough to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. So, if you only lose 6 or 8, look at it as a win, not a loss. It's a huge accomplishment to lose any weight at all.
Remember, you put your body under a lot of stress during rapid weight loss. It's not really healthy to do that. Also, if you are in too big of a rush, you may not learn how to keep the weight off. Therefore, there's nothing wrong with losing weight in a slow and steady way.
