Small consistent energy bursts is a great way to build a organization. You can't build an organization by enlisting 1 person one month, then obtain another recruit the next 2-3 months. You should be sponsoring 6 - 10 recruits a month. Major burst of energy say once a week. And thats your first option.

Then you have your second option which is really your only option because you've come to the realization that if nothing changes, you won't get out of the pothole your in. But guys haven't you had enough of your boss telling you what to do everyday, haven't you had enough of the crappy pay you keep getting year after year, and haven't you had enough failure in your life?
