There is programming happening in your mind daily, wouldn't you rather do it yourself rather than have someone else do it? If you are not training yourself then the face you show the world will be someone else's. This will make it really difficult to succeed this way.If you are letting all the contributing factors around you do the programming, such as TV, internet, or others around you then you are being programmed to fail. When you are in a car with the radio on you are susceptible to those thoughts and attitudes that are projected at you. Most of what is coming at you thru those radio frequencies are frought with negativity and pessimism. This programming permeates your being and becomes you.Be aware of this. Is the TV on at home while you are cleaning, playing bills, or just relaxing? Again you are the victim of unintended programming. Most of the shows on television are worthless, trivial, and very, very negative (just check out the news). Once again be very mindful of this. When this goes on day after day for who knows how many hours it can only lead to the formation of a grey cloud over your life and your business. It can become so large after a while that it can totally "cloud" your outlook on your business and become a detriment to your success in life.

Learn To Program Yourself Think about how you feel when you are somewhat vulnerable and then speak to someone that is negative. Without you consciously knowing it you adopt their temperment and outlook. The successful people in this industry, and in life, learn to create a force field(oh no I am a sci-fi geek) to block out this negative energy.

Starting off your day with some light meditation, deep breathing exercises, walking, and daily affirmations are all methods that can get the synapses firing and force away the negative energy that is a barrier to your success. It's critical that you be honest with yourself. You have to ask yourself if your success in your MLM business is worth giving up or at least cutting down on these sources of negativity to help stoke your success fire. After you start to achieve some success you will see that it is much easier to turn away from these things. Eventually you will wonder why you needed them in the first place. They always say "If you want to kill a snake you have to cut it off at the head". For once "They" are giving some good and positive advice."They" are really the biggest obstacle to your succcess...hence the snake. "They" or outside sources are your biggest source of negativity. It comes from external sources which is then internalized. So you need to take your focus off this source and eliminate their power. Then yours will grow. Then start to re-focus your energy with positiove affirmations. An example of one that I was taught is : "I am having fun, building the largest, most profitable, highest-retention organization ever built in the history of network marketing, easily and consistently through education and teamwork." I try to repeat this at all times whether positive or negative so that it is almost second nature now.Once you say it enough you will start to hear it without willing yourself to say it. Isn't this a much better thing to hear constantly than something negative someone implanted that saps energy everytime you hear it? The greatest thing about stopping the chatter is that you can finally hone in on what people are telling you...mainly your team and prospects.
