. It seems everyone has a fool-proof system for generating an unlimited amount of leads. Many MLM Training courses proclaim that if you use their special system, you will have prospects calling you constantly, begging to join your business. It's been said many times over that the key to MLM success is having a lot of leads. That's only partly true. The quality of those leads and how you approach them will really determine you success.

Let's clarify some terminology. If you have a Lead, you have someone's contact information and nothing else. They are not a qualified lead. You have no idea if they have any interest whatsoever in your MLM business or anything else for that matter. If you have a Qualified Lead or a Prospect, you have someone's contact information and you also know something about them. They have previously joined an MLM, bought an MLM Training course or responded to an ad for information about these products.

It's quite easy and inexpensive to generate basic leads. They won't do you much good though, because you don't have the time or the resources to find enough good prospects in that list. One way to ensure you are generating Qualified Leads or prospects is to use a Funded Proposal in your MLM marketing system. A Funded Proposal is basically a way of quickly sifting through your leads to qualify them. A Funded Proposal will offer a lead something useful for their business like a good Autoresponder or an MLM Training course. Detailed descriptions Funded Proposal methods are widely available online.

Whether or not you use a Funded Proposal in your marketing efforts, you need to ensure that you are only attracting and allowing qualified leads into your list. My preferred method is to offer MLM Training to my leads. This approach has two benefits. I can ensure that I get qualified leads by offering a quality MLM Training program. People who aren't interested in this or don't see the value I have to offer are not going to be good prospects for me. Secondly, even if I'm unable to enroll a lot of the qualified leads I generate, I can benefit in the long term by creating a more educated lead pool. One of the biggest issues related to MLM is the huge quantity of misinformation available. I go out of my way to offer high-quality MLM Training courses to everyone to help combat this. Generally speaking, in any business, you are always better off with a customer base who knows more about you and your products.

I'm quite comfortable with the fact that I am spending resources providing training to people who might not join my business. I know for a fact that, once people learn enough about the MLM industry, they gravitate to the leaders who are actually successful. Your leads will see you in this way if you provide them with good MLM Training and useful information about their business. Then they really will call you and beg to join your business. Now that's successful lead generation.
