Unfortunately, this can be difficult, but there is one way for you to be able to overcome any problems that are associated with stocking issues. In order for you to make sure that everything is on hand at any given time, one particular maintenance individual needs to be assigned to that duty. They should do a routine check of the inventory, and they should also be responsible for ordering new products when they are low.

Finally, there are always going to be times when unexpected problems occur and the maintenance staff is going to be rather thin. During those times, you can either hire some maintenance individuals quickly or you can fall back on some subcontractors that you have used in the past. Be sure that you have options available so that you are not caught unawares during the time when your maintenance staff turnover rate is higher than normal.
