The factors summary of ore crushing process
Now i will make a summary of factors which affect the ore crushing normal work. It mainly has three factors , as follows:
1.Operating conditions: continuous and uniform to the mine is a prerequisite of the crusher. 2.the nature of the ore: ore more hard, the compressive strength the greater, the more difficult to be broken, lower productivity, the contrary, the production rate; to mine chunk, broken volume, low productivity, and vice versa high productivity; ore moisture content of containing mud large, easy to bond and plug the crushing chamber, have a greater impact on productivity, even the crushing process can not be serious; broken than the major ore, productivity is high, and vice versa on the low productivity ; ore crushing cleavage developed, their productivity must be better than the dense broken structure of ore.
3.Crushing equipment: the type of broken equipment, specifications, stroke, nip angle, Pai mine mouth size, etc. have great effect on crusher productivity. The greater specification of similar crusher, the higher productivity; crusher nip angle (both broken the angle between the face) smaller, the greater the port of discharge, broken ratio smaller , the more easily through the ore, ,productivity will higher. Conversely, the larger the nip angle, the smaller the port of discharge, broken more than the greater, the ore is difficult to pass, productivity will be lower. If the nip angle is too large, when break ore, ore will make up the beat ,can not be broken, and even generate a accident. If the nip angle is too small, too small to meet the process requirements is broken. Nip angle of the crushing mechanism should be appropriate. Nie angle of the jaw crusher is generally 15 to 25 degrees, gyratory crusher 21 to 23 degrees, the cone crusher is about 18 degrees, roll of 30 degrees or so, all the nip angle should not be 34 degrees. For certain types and specifications of the crusher, work should not only consider the crushing ratio, but also consider productivity, and must take the two-side into account.If only pursuit the one hand, it is wrong.
