I have been coming up with the best walking program for weight loss that includes running

. I'm actually training for a marathon for the purpose of getting back into a running program and I run for the main purpose of weight loss. I don't think there is one right best walking program for weight loss that would fit every single person's schedule and weight loss goals, but there are many best walking program for weight loss that have similar walking techniques and that can be adapted and applied to any schedule for exercise and weight loss.

Currently I have a program where I run for 45 minutes three days a week and 30 minutes one day a week. All of these days in the program I focus on timed runs. There's one day of the week in the program that I focus on distance and run for however long it takes me to run a certain distance. Then, for the best walking program for weight loss... one day a week I'm walking for two hours. Most of the time I go walking with my son, in the stroller. I experience weight loss from this time of walking as well as a sense of strength from the exercise.

This is my own program that I have put into place for this month that will continue to change as the months go on when I have more intense exercise programs planned. However, walking will always be a part of my program because the best walking program for weight loss, for me is walking for a specific amount of time. Some people don't have two hours, actually a lot of people think they don't have two hours for walking, but what about that two hour movie you have time to watch? The best walking program for weight loss works in walking into your regular daily program or schedule. Some may want to get a treadmill for walking because the best walking program for weight loss will be at home when they're watching the news or a movie while they're walking on the treadmill.

I enjoy the outdoors and I do have a block of two hours once a week that I can go out walking and enjoy the outdoors or walking through neighborhoods near where I live.
