Man's responsibility towards God is total and complete

Man is responsible only towards God. He has no responsibility none whatsoever towards himself, his fellow men nor to anything else except God. Man comes into this world alone, he lives his life alone and when he dies he dies alone. Man is confronted with the universe alone. He has his mind for himself.

He thinks alone, he feels alone and he acts alone. Man is totally an individual personality that does not share with anyone anything. Man lives within the society but he is always alone in his thoughts, his actions and his interaction with the others, the universe and himself.

From this we can see how responsible man is. His decision making is a lonely decision that he himself makes for himself and hence his complete responsibility. He has full responsibility for all his thoughts, feelings and actions.

Man is self sufficient in these. He shares with others life and oxygen but he eats alone, drinks alone, sleeps alone and breathes his own oxygen alone. We are single individuals that live with others but in reality we live for ourselves and by ourselves.

In this lies the total responsibility of man. Man is responsible before his creator who made him what he is. He is only responsible to his God who gave him life and means of sustenance. Man is responsible in his thoughts and actions, beliefs and conviction towards God. For who would hold man responsible for his beliefs, feelings and deeds except God?

Every individual has a complete life-cycle, except for those who do not. Every individual lives his own life. Being with others and living in a big city does not mean that man loses his identity and his individuality. He is alone but in an artificial companionship of others, of material things. This independence and this individual being gives man full responsibility.

Man is responsible only before his creator in this world. His thoughts, beliefs and actions are only recorded on the divine register of humans. His sins and his mistakes are dealt with by God. On the day of Reckoning man is presented alone to be held to account for his own deeds. No one is responsible for another person.

No one other individual, be it a friend or a close relative can be held responsible for another person's deeds. When we meet our Lord we meet Him alone on the Day of Judgment. No assistance of any other person can be brought in his favor or his disfavor. He will be judged alone for his own deeds which he has performed alone in his earthly life.

Man's responsibility is then total and complete before His, or her, Lord.
