Becoming a manager is the dream of the majority of young people who study management, marketing, finance, economy etc. The heavy mass media impact has formed the distorted perception of a manager as a top level employee getting much money, having fun in the best clubs of the city and living a beautiful life just due to the ability to manage the work of his or her employees. It is most often true that according to that vision the manager him- or herself does not do anything but only distribute the tasks.
