When we talk about events every P's are simultaneously important but companies should focus on more price,promotion,place,people,process and quality.Because when customer find some best services then they will find information from website.So my openion event companies shold be focus on promotion like discount (if customer refers more services or for old customers),companies can charge premium for addition services and provide some exceptional facilities,price like package,bundle price or combo price.Place like which will easily available and customer can easily contact with companies.So companies should clearly maintion their phone number and location in their website or where they want to advertise.People will be very interactive,smart worker,and dedicated.Process should be very easy and flexible because here companies always notice that customer shold not get boar and the they not feeling hesitate.And last think is quality because at the end of the day all the services are depend on the quality of the services.So after organize the program then take feedback from the customers .Because when companies will take feedback from customers then they can understand their faults and improve easily for the next time.
