The one highly recommended tool that I suggest you use to do some keyword research and find out exactly what the audience is typing into the search boxes would be something such as the Google keyword tool. This little tool is very powerful and can make you a ton of money if you learn how use it right.
All you got to do is type a word in that box on their site and they will give you words that people are searching on the Internet that relate to whatever it is you're searching. I sure hope that made sense but understand it's very easy to do once you get the hang of it.
Once you know exactly what your audience is typing in you can formulate articles, PPC campaigns, blogs around them and bring them to your website and thus you will be bringing targeted traffic to your site instead of on untargeted traffic.
