I'm really glad that I picked up this book. Without it I may never have gone on the cleanse at all because I was afraid of the unknown. Now, I feel amazing with my body & have so much energy! I was able to lose those pesky 10 pounds and I bought a whole new wardrobe to celebrate and treat myself for my hard work. I would definitely recommend Master Cleanse Secrets to anyone thinking about trying a cleanse. It's great advice for what to expect and how to help yourself through it.
