Mathew Abraham Antelope Valley Hospital CEO announced a joint venture between County of Los Angeles and Antelope Valley Health System

. This joint venture involves the organization and delivery of comprehensive health care services and improved access to health care for residents of south valley. Under the joint venture agreement, the Health System will provide over $1.7 M in funding for the establishment of ambulatory care clinics in the medically underserved areas of the south valley. The clinic will offer comprehensive primary and specialty care services, prenatal and obstetric care, imaging and laboratory services. The clinics will be staffed and operated by Los Angeles County.

Mathew Abraham, hospital CEO also announced that the project had the full support of County Supervisor Michael Antonovich as well as the board of directors of the Antelope Valley Health System. With a clinic already open in Littlerock, the proposed joint venture clinic with Los Angeles County located in Palmdale at the corner of 40th Street West and Palmdale Blvd will be by far the largest of such clinics now operating in the Antelope Valley.

Mathew Abraham Antelope Valley Hospital CEO described the initiative as the best example of public-private partnership to provide badly needed healthcare services to the residents of the south valley. Mathew Abraham has worked as the CEO and President of several prestigious organizations over a span of 20 years. He has held important positions in reputed hospitals, Integrated Delivery Systems, Multispecialty Medical Group, Management Service Organization (MSO), Physician Hospital Organization (PHO), Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Independent Physician Associations (IPA). Additionally, Mathew Abraham hospital CEO has also served on the boards of various community and civic organizations as well as holds membership in professional associations.
