The INSEAD MBA will provide you with a solid foundation for your future as a truly global business leader.

Academics

The INSEAD MBA curriculum is designed to quickly and thoroughly prepare you for a career in international business. This aim is reflected in the compressed timeframe, reliance on group work and clear focus on international markets and settings.

The first few study periods are based on a structured series of 14 core courses. These courses cover all of the key management disciplines, as well as focusing on the environment in which business takes place.

The second half of the programme can be customised. Choosing 11 electives from a portfolio of more than 70, you will create a unique mix of topics that will support your individual educational and professional goals.

During your core curriculum, you will work in study groups of five to six, where no more than two people of the same nationality will be represented.

The INSEAD MBA programme

The aim of the INSEAD MBA programme is to develop business leaders with cross-cultural insights and creative problem-solving skills leaders who will redefine the future of business and who will have an impact on their organisations and their wider community, leaders who have the courage, in challenging times, to lead both ethically and responsibly.

The INSEAD MBA is a combination of innovative ideas and teaching methodologies with a relevance to business focused on individual needs, delivered in a unique learning environment in just one accelerated year. The 10-month programme covers 80% of the course hours of a traditional two-year MBA programme by focusing on study five days a week and avoiding down-time.

The programme has an international perspective through our one school, two campus structure and exchange opportunity with Wharton and Kellogg, giving you the chance to study on three continents. It is also one of the most diverse MBAs you will find anywhere in the world, with more than 80 nationalities represented amongst our participants. When you have completed your INSEAD MBA, you will truly be prepared for a career in the global marketplace.

Admissions

Admissions Criteria:The INSEAD MBA is intensive, rigorous and challenging. You must have a sound academic foundation:

a bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognised college or university

All applicants must take the GMAT or the GRE, both of which provide a uniform and standardised way of evaluating candidates and it is in your interest to prepare thoroughly.

we advise candidates to aim for a score at or above the 70-75th percentile for both the quantitative and verbal sections of the GMAT and a percentile of 75-80th or above for the quantitative and verbal sections of the GRE.

Dates & Deadlines:Deadlines for September 2012 Intake (Class of July 2013)

Fees & Expenses:Tuition fees for the September 2012 and January 2013 entries amount to 58,000.
