However, with free classified ads websites, the ads can anonymous. The people behind the ad need not be revealed. This is especially useful especially for ads of mature nature.

Also, personals in free classified ads have very few limitations. Of course, one cannot post an ad pertaining to illegal activities, but almost everything else is allowedmaking it a great venue for interaction.

This means that one need not even meet a person up close in order to make new friends. In fact, one need not even leave the website to make new friends. Of course, when meeting new friends through free classified ads, one has to be a little cautious. After all, this can only be the scammers way of tricking their victims. It doesnt matter if you are the one who published the ad or you are the one who responded to the ad. In the end, you still have to be careful.

When meeting your new friend outside the realms of the Internet, meet him or her in a public place. It is not advisable to meet these people in a secluded place. Needless to say, do not invite your new friend to your home, nor should you meet the person inside his house. If your new friend is indeed decent, he will practice the same precautions.
