Some people actually believe that mending a broken heart is impossible, as a matter of fact, there are many songs that have been sung to support this notion, but I believe that is a lie.

You might be wondering if I am in my right senses, well I am. I always believe that you have the sole responsibility to determine how you feel. Nobody can ever make you happy, except for yourself; you need to understand that every part of you that makes you who you are subject to you including your psyche, emotion and HEART!

There are lots of things attached to heart break - I know it is so devastating and sickening - but I also know that there are ways by which you can mend a broken heart, and I will show you how.

Accept the fact that you and your spouse are no longer together. Do not weary yourself with false hope and stop day dreaming. The truth is that the more you burden yourself with the thought of your ex, the more prone you are to getting depressed. Therefore it is always good for you to move on with your life rather than giving yourself false hope.

Develop a cheerful attitude:You need to constantly fall in love with yourself. You need to believe that your relationship do not make you function, you make it work. You must therefore fall in love with everything around you and be cheerful at all times. You will soon discover that life is fun and only those who are happy will get the best out of it.

Do not harbor hurt feelings.

This might sound funny, but someone once said that you do not forgive people because you love them alone, you also forgive for the sake of your heart. Have you ever noticed that if you are holding something against someone, you will constantly be thinking about the offence and might even lose your appetite alongside your peace, and I believe this is a luxury you cannot afford if you really want to mend your broken heart.
