Qatayef with Nuts: Made the same way as Qatayef, this version comes with cheese and is filled with nuts, not cheese. Its exceptional taste is enhanced by the syrup in which it swims.

Macaroon: These sweets are made lovingly with specially kneaded dough by hand thats cooked to a rich brown color and dipped in sweet syrup.

Zulubia: Batter for this sweet is leavened with yeast and swirled imaginatively into a deep pan of hot oil and fried and dunked in sweet syrup.

Osmanlia Pistachio: A layer of pistachios nestles between two thin layers of shredded Kataifi and drenched in syrup.

Konafah with cheese: This sweet is best described as phyllo dough shredded and layered with ricotta cheese. It is known variously as Katayef and Kataif, and is also drizzled with syrup after baking. It takes only 20 minutes to be ready, so all of you with sweet teeth, be patient.
