It's mobile. Some people don't feel comfortable having that kind of information on them. If you are the type of person who is known for being careless and accidentally leaving your Ipad or other mobile device lying around, then you may not want to use CRM on your mobile device.
It may not have a big enough capacity for those who are part of a larger company or who have a huge client base. If you're a smaller or medium sized business, you may find that this works a little bit better for you. On the other hand, there may be a version that can carry your client base.
Pros:
It's mobile. Let's face itwe all have those days where we kind of spaz out and completely forget about half of our stuff at home. If you happen to have forgotten your laptop charger at home and can't get to the store in time to buy one and check out what that particular client's needs might be, then you can put this information on your Ipad or other device instead and voila! You have it right there and ready for you!
It's quick. True, a computer might have a higher capacity, but sometimes a higher capacity means that it takes a longer time to finally load and you may find that this wastes time that you could be using to further prepare for your client. However, when you can get your information quickly, then you can see exactly what your client needs right that second and then proceed to prepare. Some programs may also show you if there are any upgrades available for your client.
It's easy. After all, if you have that information at your touch, why worry about trivial things such as timing? You can get your information when you need it, the second you need it, and then hurry to help your customers in any way that you possibly can. All thanks to mobile CRM.
