Its mobile. Lets face itwe all have those days where we kind of spaz out and completely forget about half of our stuff at home. If you happen to have forgotten your laptop charger at home and cant get to the store in time to buy one and check out what that particular clients needs might be, then you can put this information on your Ipad or other device instead and voila! You have it right there and ready for you!

Its quick. True, a computer might have a higher capacity, but sometimes a higher capacity means that it takes a longer time to finally load and you may find that this wastes time that you could be using to further prepare for your client. However, when you can get your information quickly, then you can see exactly what your client needs right that second and then proceed to prepare. Some programs may also show you if there are any upgrades available for your client.

Its easy. After all, if you have that information at your touch, why worry about trivial things such as timing? You can get your information when you need it, the second you need it, and then hurry to help your customers in any way that you possibly can. All thanks to mobile CRM.
