You may have breakfast included in the hotel price, but you will still need to buy gas for whatever vehicle you end up using.

Before taking a vehicle on the road, you should check to make sure that there are no bug issues and that everything is in working order.

Something else to consider as you rent a trailer like this is insurance. Make sure that you are insured for any problems. Also make sure that both your belongings and the trailer itself is covered.

You should also find out what the rental company would want you to do in case of a break-down with the vehicle. They may have a specific franchise here they take their trailers. They may also just leave that up to you, but you should make sure that any normal maintenance repairs would be reimbursed to you.

After you consider the cost, cleanliness, and insurance, hopefully you will be able to make a good decision about whether or not to go with mobile home rentals for your next road trip.
