The designated driver must be at least 21 years of age. If the designated driver is under 25 years of age, they are only allowed to drive cars which are in the lower insurance groups where the minimum driving age is 18.

Since mobility cars are only intended for the use of disabled persons. Anyone else driving the mobility car will get the mobility car taken away from the original recipient.
If a mobility car driver deliberately damages the car, they will be charged a fee for damage or loss of future use for the mobility car.
Profiting from the use of a mobility car is strictly prohibited. This will result in the loss of the mobility car for the recipient.
If anyone fakes their disability to get use of a mobility car, they will lose the mobility car.
Breaking any of the terms of use for mobility cars will result either in a warning, a fine, or the loss of the car.
