For convenience of visitors, Mount Faber also has a shelter, many tables, chairs, restrooms and benches for relaxation.

The park is accessible by road but has many scenic footpaths. You can follow the Marang trail to Mount Faber, which has many steps which can be accessed from the HarbourFront MRT D Exit/Entrance. The trail will offer you some spectacular views of the canopy of Mount Faber and even of the cable cars as they pass by. Visitors can easily get to Mount Faber by coach, subway or taxi. Car parks and Coach parks are available in the area.

From the park, you can take a cable car to Sentosa Island or just to enjoy the panoramic view of the southern part of Singapore and the southern islands. The cable car station to Sentosa is called The Jewel Box and is complete with restaurants and toilets. From Faber you can also go see Henderson Waves which is Singapores highest pedestrian bridge and is an impressive monument. Telok Blangah Hill Park is nearby as is the Pasir Panjang Tamil Methodist Church.

Mount Faber is idyllic for bird-watching, photography and nature walks and treks. It also offers a great spot for dining with several restaurants, cafes and food outlets offering delectable Singaporean cuisine and more. The Altivo Bar, The Jewel Box, Glass Bar, Faber Hill Bistro, and Faber Rock are some of the frequently patronized. You can even try sky dining on the cable cars which goes from Mount Faber to Sentosa.
