This is very similar to the first exercise but instead of bring the barbell downwards, you lift it up.

And for your forearms, the best exercise is to do wrist curls. You can make use of a wrist curl machine and choose your desired weight and lift the weight using your wrist. You can also do this at home with the use of dumbbells, but using a machine can help avoid injuries. Furthermore, if you are focusing on muscle building make sure you get adequate rest for your body and your muscles. They won't grow and develop if you don't give them a rest.
