I was in town recently for a concert organized by single window services, a reputed financial consultancy run by Raghuvir Adhikari. I scope exclusively to nashik times about his musical sojourn Even though was interested music right from my childhood, systematic training didnt begin till I turned eighteen. I used to hum songs like other kid but one day, as the coincidence would have it, Dr Devedar Bassi, a very senior musicologist who stayed in our neighborhood, heard me sing and immediately offered my mother to teach me, recounts me.

Karnal is a place better known for its wheat farming rather than prone he embarked on the musical path. My mother has a very artistic mind and has encouraged me all the way, even to the extent of hiring a room in the city for my riyaz. Although my father was not against music, he never actively encouraged me because he probably thought that one could not pursue a meaningful career in this field.

I was then trained under Dr. Bharati Chakravarti of delhi gharana and Ustad Bhoore solely on Ghazal as a format.

I have been honored by Dr. Suraj Bhan Ji former Speaker of Lok Sabha and Governor of U.P and Himachal Pradesh.

My articles have been published in the leading newspapers as The Hindu,Hindustan, Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, Amar Ujala, Punjab Kesri, The Times of India, Dainik Tribune, Indian Express, Filmi Duniya, Hari Bhumi etc.

I have performed with Reshma of Pakistan (Lambi Judai Fame).

I have performed at Kalaram Sansthan in Nashik with World Fame Yoga Acharya Swami Ram Dev Ji.

I have performed at the famous Taj Mahotsav Festival of Agra.

I have performed throughout country and also in Malaysia.

Malaysian High Commissioner honored me for my performance at Indian High Commission at Malaysia.

For my Excellency Dr. A.R. Kidwai Governor of Haryana honored him with Kala Bhushan Award.

On 6th Jan 2003 Governor of Haryana released his V.C.D. and appreciated a lot. After the success of Ram Rang Mein Rang De, H.M.V. recorded his Krishan Dhuni named Krishan Murari.

There are three cassettes in my credit and many more albums in the next year Ghazals and Sai Bhajan.
