My Ex Girlfriend Slept With Someone Else - How To Handle A Situation Like This

Hearing that your ex girlfriend is seeing another guy is bad enough

, but if you find out that she slept with someone else, man - that can be tough to deal with. Like, really tough. The thought of her being in bed with another guy can be kind of sickening. It can also make you come to the conclusion that getting her back is not going to be an option. While there might be some truth to that, it doesn't necessarily have to be the case. How can you handle a situation like finding out that your ex girlfriend slept with someone else?

DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS -

The first thing I would do is caution you against making assumptions. Unless your ex girlfriend flat out told you that she did indeed sleep with another guy, you don't want to assume that this is the case. You might hear a rumor that she hooked up with someone or you might just assume that she has because she is dating someone or hanging out with a guy, but you don't want to assume that she definitely has unless you know it to be true.

HOW DO YOU REALLY FEEL IF IT IS TRUE?

On the other hand, you also want to get in touch with how you really feel about it if it does turn out to be true? What I mean is, would this be something that would make you suddenly not want her back? Would this be something that you would take as a sign that she is not the one that you are meant to be with? In the heat of the moment, when you first find out or hear that your ex girlfriend has slept with another guy, you are probably not going to like it. However, you might feel totally different about the situation AFTER you have cooled down.

It never ceases to amaze me how many guys will get bent out of shape if they just hear that their ex girlfriend may have slept with another guy, meanwhile they have slept with another women. If you have been active sexually with someone else, you really can't hold it against her for doing the same thing.

IT ALL COMES DOWN TO WHETHER OR NOT YOU REALLY WANT HER BACK...

If you really want your ex girlfriend back, you can work through finding out that she has slept with someone else. That's what really matters. Knowing what you want and knowing that in the big picture, it is not really that big of a deal. I know that it might seem like a big deal, but if you really do love her and you do want her back, it shouldn't be something that makes you suddenly hate her.
