My Windows Runs Slow - How to Stop Your Windows from Slowing Down and Freezing on You

Once it opens go to the startup tab and remove any programs you do not need to start automatically. This will free up memory.

#2. The second step is to reduce the size of the registry. Remove any out of date or unwanted entries and remove any malicious entries from the registry. These will cause your Windows to slow down and freeze.

There is an easy way to do this with software known as a registry cleaner. You can scan the entire windows registry for errors in minutes. Doing this will enable you to get rid of all the errors and reduce the size of your windows registry and will also let you remove all the unwanted entries for programs you removed in step 1.

After you have done this your Windows will run at normal speed with no more freezing and you will no longer find your Windows runs slow.
