What? How can I be so sure? Well, it is because; I see their eyes moving (unconsciously) along my hands as I am talking. Funny, but true and you can notice it yourself next time. Came goes with untidy hands too but the only difference is that you won't find any eyes following your hands. One glance would be enough to rate your personality.
