National Park Visits

My first wildlife safari was in Kanha national park in Madhya Pradesh

, India. I always wanted to undertake such trips where I could see wild animals in their natural habitat. I never knew that my favorite childhood series of Jungle Book was based on this forest. It was only after our guide told us we came to know about it.

This national park is located very interior and the route to this park is very long. We had to hire a taxi from Jabalpur and it took us more than six hours to get to the hotel we had booked. It was a journey which was very exciting as we could hardly wait for our first wildlife safari. We had booked Krishna Jungle resort, a three star hotel which is located right inside the forest. It was a perfect setting for us and it was the trip which is still fresh in my mind. My second trip was at Pench national park located near satpuda hills Unlike Kanha, here you couldnt easily find tigers, it is been said by locals that there are many poachers who uses tiger skin for smuggling it to other areas for a good amount.

The last national park which I went to in Madhya Pradesh was Bandhavgarh National Park located in the Umaria district. Even here you could easily spot a tiger on your safari. If you get to view the caves near Bandhavgarh fort you would witness things how our primitive lived in amidst a jungle. You could be amused by all the information you would get about the tigers in this national park.

Kaziranga National park is the latest park which I went to, located very deep in Assam. Among all the national park, this park has the highest density of tigers. This park also hosts two-thirds of worlds one-horned rhinoceros. We had booked the grassland resorts and when we were there was change of ownership. The grassland resort was acquired by Panoramic Universal Ltd and was renamed as United-21 Grassland resorts.

Although the ownership changed, there the level of quality of Hospitality Services was not compromised! In fact the services were of high importance, and I can say it was beyond our thoughts! The morning breakfast and lunch was refreshing and delicious. We were so pleased when the manager of United-21, Grassland welcomed us! It made us feel special and thats what every guest expects while visiting any hotels/resorts!

The wildlife Safari was much easy for us, because of the smooth and easy facilities from United-21 people!

In early morning, we did not have to put any effort for hiring a Jeep! This was made easy because of the assistance from the staff of United 21. In the evening time, the garden of the United 21 Resort, made us spend time by playing Antakshari.

While checking out from the resort, the manager helped us in making our Flight bookings! I would say The United-21,Grassland gave us soothing hospitality and they deserve the recommendation for every wildlife safari lover!
