Let us first try the dot exercise. Find a dot or comma on the page and focus on it. You must try to make it clear as possible. Not only focus but you must stare at it. You will find after a few seconds the dot or comma will become less clear and blurry.
Relax your eyes. Close them and relax them for a minute. Now look at the dot or comma without any straining. Do not stare rather let your eyes move around the page, over and around the dot or comma. When focusing on the dot or comma give your eyes some movement by blinking it a bit. Close your eyes and picture the dot or comma then look at it again. Your eyes are now relaxed and it should be easier to see the dot or comma. You can repeat the above with a word should you find the dot or comma to small.
We can now move on to the Double Vision exercise. Here you have to get your eyes to work together as a team. A lot of people use one eye to look at an object while the other eye looks somewhere else. Squinting your eyes like this can cause unnecessary strain. Here you have to relax your eyes, focus on the object only and allow both eyes to focus on the object only.
