Today, brand is not only related with big company like Toyota, Blackberry, or Apple but it is now becoming a popular buzz word in personal career. Now you need to have a personal brand to be successful. Personal brand is what other people see on you which stand out and something you good at. Even if you are employees of an average company then you need to have something that your employer value about. Ask yourself questions like why someone should hire you instead of other 100 people for a particular job. If you are already working, then why company should not fire you when company is lying off some of its employees. If you have positive answer for these questions that everybody in your circle things true than that's your personal brand I am talking about.

Personal brand today is very important. Unlike couple decade ago, it is a necessary feature of any people who want to prove themselves and stand out from the rest in terms of certain characteristics. If you are interested to learn, if you practice over and over again, and if you pay attention then you can do anything to make that as your personal brand. Hard work is one of the ways to achieve perfection and that perfection is your brand.

Now the world is different and of course the way we do things. Unlike past couple years, it is now difficult even to get the job even if you have multiple degrees. Now thing changed therefore, you should change your strategy of hunting job or doing things. Twenty years ago, when my uncle complete his 3 years degree then he applied for the job and he was hired after a week and now he still works for the same company. And the most important thing is that company took care of him for his whole life. He never has any problem of health insurance, dental, pension, social security benefit etc. But now things don't work that way. If you don't have quality or personal brand then the companies where you are applying, even never go through your resume. However, if you have that unique quality then even if you are not interested then these folks will find you out and offer you a whole lot of benefit to make you a part of their team.
