This can be a big dilemma to some one more so if their new to this field of network marketing. Once you understand the mindset that's needed behind recruiting for your MLM business, it really isn't hard at all. So, knowing this I want to discuss the biggest mistake people in this industry make when it comes down to recruiting for their MLM opportunity.

Appearing desperate.

This is especially true for distributors that are new to this industry, when they're attempting to recruit for their business. This terrifies new distributors having to go out and prospect total strangers every day to build their lead list. Resulting in chasing every prospect they currently have on their list.


And trust me this will not take you anywhere...

The only result that will show is lack of posture and desperation to you leads, thus having them view you or your opportunity with no respect. So, if this continues in the same fashion, you will always fight to recruit new reps in your down line.

Now, on the flipside, if you show value, keep posture they will surely be drawn to you as a leader. This should be your main goal in this industry, which is to be sought by your prospects and not the seeker. You'll know you have accomplished this when your phone rings none stop with leads that are highly interested in you as a leader and joining your network marketing business.

So, know you ask yourself how can I find the key to have my prospects view my opportunity with strong value ?

It boils down to having knowledge.

Knowledge is the single best answer to raising true value in your prospects point of view.

Having knowledge in this industry can be about how to have a steady flow of quality leads, and how to transition them into hard working distributors in your opportunity, etc. The reason why this is so essential, is because your potential reps will trust you as a coach for them to achieve their ultimate goal: which is earning residual income.

This guys, is the key to showing VALUE.

To be honest with you though, this is really only just the start. 'Cause just put yourself in your prospects shoes, if they can see you as a trusted coach that has the ability to show them the proven system in achieving wealth. This will have so much impact on their lives; thus enhancing your sponsoring skills!

You will not show a sense of desperation, and your prospects will especially view you as a leader because you know how to generate free MLM Leads.

I want you to ponder this for a second.

You have a steady flow of a 100+ leads coming into your pipeline for your business each day, if #15 said no, would that really matter to you?

Absolutely not!

So now, let me ask, if had an unlimited flow of leads, would you appear desperate?

Not at all!

Having this benefit will completely shift from trying to bagger people into joining your business, to interviewing individuals to see if they qualify for your time. Because, having over a 100 new distributors every day to spend time with would be virtually impossible, so rather you would pick and choose the ones that qualify and fit the description to work with !

Trust me guys... your prospects will pick up on the posture quickly.

You will no longer worry about objections, because from the time you hear any, you'll simply say to them,

" Awesome, well Todd, I don't feel this business is for you. Thank you for the time spent and enjoy the rest of your day."

By saying this, it's obvious you are running the show. Believe me, your prospects will pick up on this and act towards you in a whole different manner.


At this point, I'm sure you understand in order to have this posture you need to have an unlimited amount of leads streaming into your pipeline. That's right, and to do so you will need an effective lead generating system put to use for your business.
