The person you should look for is someone who can duplicate what you do to be successful. Transfer everything to them about your work etiquette, abilities, motivation and work culture as if they are your clone.

People who set too high a goal which is unachievable will not last long in the business. They are too impatient and probably they are not in for the long term.

Network marketing is not for those who want to be in the business for the short-term gain, make some fast money and move on to another business. Of course he must have sufficient time put aside each week, not just a casual part-timer who has no commitment for the business. Of course you can train part-timers if they have the motivation and the will to make a change with their life.

Your commitment and hands-on in running your business will show them that you meant business. Network marketing is all about team work.
