Network Marketing Success, How To Grow A Billion Dollar Team

So how does one attain true Network Marketing success

? Well, it all comes down to following a few basic principles. The truth is, there are no secrets. The top earners in this industry have access to the same resources as we do. They just know what works and how to scale things up.

Now, what would you can Network Marketing success? In my opinion its earning at least 7 figures a year by growing a huge Network Marketing organisation and inspiring others to do the same. Network Marketing success comes down to a few things. Systems, recruiting, duplication and marketing.

Now, the top earners all have systems in place, they all know how to recruit, how to market and how to duplicate what they know throughout their entire downline. So lets start with systems. A system is something that people can follow and utilize to grow their businesses. For example, a system can be used to capture leads and automatically prospect them.

Recruiting, we all know what recruiting is, its sponsoring people into your downline. Now, some people think this part is hard. The truth is that recruiting is the easy part. Here is a big secret, its a numbers game. Recruiting is a numbers game. If your generating leads or have leads to talk to. Phone them up and ask them about your business.

Tell them to watch a presentation then ask what they liked about it. Once they say they like it and exactly what, ask them to signup. Then ask them if they are actually interested and want to signup or are they wasting your time in a polite manner. Tell them to go signup and call them back in a few days time. If they haven't signed up, ask them why not, whether its money or their not interested. If their not, move on and if its money, tell them to find money.

Now, once you master sponsoring people and you have a small downline, just teach them to do what your doing. Give them a system which tells them to talk to 10 people a week or hand out 10 CDs a week amongst their warm market. Give them stuff to do, put the marketing in their hands. This is how you duplicate a team.

Now the last thing is marketing. Marketing can be done in a hundred ways. You can market online or offline. You may want to become like the super ninja Jedi online Gurus or you may want to market offline. The offline market is bigger and its duplicatable. So start with offline. Print out cds, fliers, business cards, drop cards or even post cards. The point is, do whatever it takes to get the word out and bring in some prospects. Sponsor them, teach them how to do the same and duplicate your success. That is how you attain Network Marketing success!
