There will be an inspection inside the house and from each room by the builder of the house. Check the visible defects such as cracks, gouges and dents on the surfaces that are already finished in the ceilings, windows and doors. The doors must be well-fitted from top to bottom. Always make sure that the locks are well installed and will not clatter if the door will be closed. Proof of nail pops should not be noticeable in your drywall.
Ensure that no too much spring or squeaks on the walk floors. Sub floor should not be visible around tiles. Check the water temperature and pressure on the water taps, faucets and flush toilets. Make sure that grouting and caulking in tubs and around tiles has no gaps and cracks. Sinks and tubs should also be checked for any damaged.
Always be sure that builder will give you the manual booklets and warranty packages if appliances are part of the package. Verify the switches for flow fans and ventilation's and it is commonly found along the thermostat. Guarantee that the fans in the kitchen and bathrooms are properly operating. Inquire the builder to illustrate to you where they vent on the exterior of the house like weather-stripping should be installed securely. Test the masonry and brickwork from free of cracks, windows and doors should correctly installed. Try to close and open the garage doors just to be sure that it doesn't stick.
