Some talented children could not enter a college of their dreams due to the low income of the family. Not every child has enough will power to struggle with the injustice of the society. Most of them may just go with the stream not maintaining resistance. Now it is easier to receive education, concerning its material side. That is why this reform is very important for future development of the country. As today students and their professional level will determine the future of the country. The reform in question is really worth appreciation.
