In the upper eyelid I create a line where a natural eyelid crease is, and then I measure precisely how much skin is necessary to remove that would be enough to look natural. Then the skin is removed, some fat is removed and I do a stitching technique that virtually leaves no marks on the upper eyelid skin. So when the eyes are closed, no incision is seen.
For lower eyelids most of the fat will be taken for puffy eyelids inside the eye line using radio frequency techniques. In this way eyelid surgery will be completed almost without the scar.
If you want to change the shape of eyes a large work is done in the corners and sometimes what we do is we detach the corners in place of stitch that allows me to create nice beautiful shape. So, that eyelid rejuvenation looks very normal.
