No Matter How Much You're Hurting Right Now, Act Nonchalant, and You Will Be Getting Your Ex Back!
Since the break up, your friends and family have been doing all they can to make you happy
. They care so much about you, and really want to see you back to your old self again. The only thing is, getting your ex back is the only thing that will make you happy again. You feel as if you're falling apart! What on earth do you do?Until now, you have spent every day wallowing in self-pity - you cannot think straight, and nothing anyone says makes any difference. You have only one thing on your mind - getting your ex back, and, until that happens, you and your life are not going to be the same.
Okay, so you're terribly upset about the break up - anyone in your position feels the same. The thing is though, what you're doing now is only making matters worse. Your ex is hearing how broken apart you are since the relationship fell apart, and is either upset or thrilled by your condition.
Upset because he/she doesn't want to see you like this, or thrilled, because he/she wanted to end the relationship, and your reaction is just what your ex expected of you. Change your attitude right away, and you could very well be getting your ex back.
Stop crying every time someone mentions your ex's name. Instead, very matter-of-factly ask them how your ex is lately, and then carry on doing whatever you were doing, and act as if it is really no big deal at all. If your friends talk about the break up, don't walk away with your head hanging down, but rather say that it was the best thing that could have happened to you - it was about time you had some change in your life anyway.
The real biggie will be if and when you bump into your ex - don't run and hide - walk straight up to your ex and ask how he/she is doing - with a smile on your face. Your attitude is going to absolutely floor your ex - he/she won't know how to react to this at all. Sooner or later you might get a call from your ex - then you'll know that you have a chance of getting your ex back into your life again
