No Padded Crosses

Our cross to bear is not all kinds of horrific, horrible tragedies and every kind of misery, sickness, and disease. Every day I say no to my stinkin' flesh. Every day I tell my flesh: You will get up and you will do your work. You will not eat that because you have already eaten everything you need today and you will not do it. You will not put that on that charge card because you don't need it anyway. You will not stay angry because God says not to stay angry.
