Besides, it is only the potential that is within us all. Meaning, not everyone is capable of harnessing the diamond under all that.

Going back to the topic though, there have been countless men and women who have managed to carve their name in stone. However, I am more interested in the people that are showing their effective leadership skills in the current age. This brings me back to the purpose of this article.
