Noise which is not created by you, your family or anything you are doing can be somewhat of a pain

The argument is a slightly lighter take on what a lot of people find incredibly frustrating. The rest of the flats are also in agreement that there needs to be some form of action in order to get sound reduction in place in their area.

All homeowners understand that by living in a community you are to expect a level of reasonable noise from time to time but regular disturbances or a general lack of consideration, like in the formally mentioned case, are certainly unacceptable.
