To make an oatmeal and honey facial you will need:

- cup of unflavored oatmeal

- to cup of warm (not hot) water

- 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey

Add the water, oatmeal and honey together and mix until a semi-thick paste. Spread the paste on your face evenly until there is a thin layer covering the entire effected area. Leave mask to do it's magic for at least 20 minutes before washing off with a wash cloth and lukewarm water.

For best possible results use an organic oatmeal and raw honey. You can use this treatment daily since it is gentle on the skin and body, so use it at your will.
