Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - A Type Of Panic Attack

Symptoms of OCD may become distressing not only to the individual but also those around them

. Things we would usually do once, for a person with OCD would do several times. These symptoms may manifest themselves physically through repeated actions, intense aversions to items, numbers or particular color to name but a few. As a result these persons may be alienated in society as their actions come across as paranoid and psychotic to say the least. This would put the individual in a more vulnerable position exposing them to further distress and confusion at what is happening to them.

In Lay mans terms, some of us bite our nails, others cannot sit still when under pressure...all the resultant actions such as fidgeting, twitching, or repetitively doing something that may otherwise seem odd if we looked back on it; to the trained eye, these are obsessive compulsive behaviors that may irritate others at the most, in the case of sufferers, these activities are augmented and more apparent to everyone as out of the norm.

people who suffer so, are not doing it out of their free will but as a result of an interpretation in their mind which drives them to hysteria.

It may be overwhelming to the individual not only to go through a panic attack, but to also suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Behavior at the same time. The intensity is more severe than when one only experiences a panic attack. For those who suffer from both, it can surmount and be equated to a person suffering a heart attack with the combined feeling that it, the heart is going to explode.

As a result of the above combination of factors, it is very important one seeks medical treatment as soon as possible.

It is also good to note that without proper treatment or therapy, what may be initially just seem as a simple case of panic attack may escalate and develop Obsessive Compulsive Behavior on top if not checked. This state of not knowing, loosing self confidence, constant worrying and checking their environment, is a tipping point which would not be seen coming unless they were brought back down to understand the results of their actions and how it would harm them more than doing them good.

Precise treatments for OCD panic attacks are limited often leading to the prescription of different medications to regulate the symptoms. On the other hand controlling and curing OCD and panic attacks naturally are available including treatments that send them into a state to realize that their fears are based on nothing other than fiction. This helps in a controlled environment bring the mind to the point where it can distinguish fact from fiction.

Here is part of my success story that's has worked wonders for loads of people including Me, and over time I believe as happened to you as it did through my own experience, the frequency and intensity of the attacks will subside, and become a thing of the past:
