Oklahoma Plaintiff Sues Stryker Orthopedics For Failure Of Trident Implant Device

A medical lawsuit filed in the United States, by a plaintiff from Oklahoma has sued

Trident Implant Device maker, Stryker Orthopedics for bearing negligence in their manufacturing procedures. The lawsuit was filed on June 6, 2012 on District Court of Oklahoma County by the reported plaintiff Marsha Kennard. However, to streamlining the judicial process and for the sake of consolidation of the case with other lawsuits pertaining to the same device was transferred to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma on September 11, 2012.
